Fart Sounds — Terms of Use

These terms cover Fart Sounds (the “app”) and its server at fart.shoutoutgames.com. The app is published by HUGO FM GAMES, a trading name of HUGO.FM Games Limited (company no. 14615936), “we” or “us”. By using the app you agree to these terms.

What the app is

Fart Sounds plays fart sounds, Mr Farts songs and cartoons, countdowns and joke routines inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. It is comedy entertainment. Fart ratings and fart weather are jokes, not measurements or forecasts. Everything is free: there are no accounts, purchases or subscriptions.

Using the app

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Play pranks kindly. Don’t use the app to harass or upset anyone.
• Don’t try to disrupt the service, get around its rate limits, or access it in ways other than through an AI assistant or an MCP client calling its published tools.
• Don’t copy, download in bulk, resell or redistribute the sounds, songs or videos.

Your AI assistant

You reach the app through an AI assistant run by another company, such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Your use of that assistant is covered by its own terms and privacy policy. We don’t control the assistant, what it says or how it displays the player.

Our content

The sounds, songs, cartoons, the Mr Farts character and the app’s design belong to us or our licensors. Using the app doesn’t give you any ownership of them.

Availability

We provide the app as it is and as available. We may change, pause or stop it, or any part of its content, at any time. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that audio will play on every device or browser.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you live in the UK or EU, you keep your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

How the app handles data is explained in the Fart Sounds privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
